Our stay in the standard queen room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities.

The pool area is great too.

The venue is very clean and has a perfect location in close proximity to the desert. The location is convenient with easily accessible taxis and good security, making it a safe area.The hotel is close to the markets and ALFANA square, which is a famous area in Marrakesh.

Location: the hotel was very close to Dar El Bacha where taxis are easily found and safe due to good security. We tried some restaurants, including Terrasse Des Epices which boasted a delicious cuisine

This hotel is a little oasis in the heart of the bustling city. the location is excellent, with easy access to Nomad, Kabana, and other popular spots for a good night out. the staff is always on hand to help and provide information about getting around the Medina and Souks. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. the breakfast is tasty and varied, and the chef can whip up delicious dishes even on short notice. the rooftop terrace offers a relaxing spot to unwind.

There were air conditioning issues in one room, but the staff promptly resolved the problem by offering a room with better air conditioning.

The hotel is in a nice and prime location in the center of it all. Amazingly attentive and very amiable staff as one would expect.- It is an absolutely brilliant and amazing property located in Medina district next to the center, restaurants, and ALFANA square which is the famous area in Marrakesh.Riad Luciano Hotel And Spa is a really comfortable experience and comes highly recommended.

The staff were welcoming, polite, and friendly. The Riad was beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious with Moroccan pancakes, jams, and fresh orange juice. The spa services were enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a hotel in a nice area of the Medina, which was conveniently located near the guarded area of town and very close to the market. Taxis were reasonably priced. Our room was faultless and had impeccable attention to detail. the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were treated to a delectable and warm breakfast every morning. we enjoyed the luxury spa facilities.

The hotel and spa lacked adequate management, which caused issues for some guests.
